综合运用药物化学、分子药理学、分子生物学等多学科协同创新,完成从炎症发生新机制、炎性疾病新靶点、抗炎新化合物到候选新药的转化研究。已主持国家自然科学基金7项(含重点1项、优青1项、国际合作1项)、国家科技部重点研发专项课题1项、国家863课题1项(已结题),作为通讯作者在Nat Commun、Kidney Int、J Med Chem、Diabetes等发表SCI论文100余篇,其中中科院JCR一区论文40余篇;通讯论文合计他引2000余次,单篇最高他引300余次;以第一发明人获国家发明专利授权15项;以第一完成人获2018年浙江省自然科学一等奖、2015年教育部自然科学二等奖、2011年浙江省科技进步三等奖。所研发的抗炎新化合物中,多个化合物显示出药理药代和安全性优势,成为具有优秀临床应用和开发前景的候选药物。
